The patient was a 30 year old Hispanic female, presenting to the clinic with neck, back and shoulder pain as well as bra straps digging into the shoulders. She underwent a bilateral breast reduction with the removal of 526 g from the left breast and 462 g from the right breast. She was very happy with her end results. All her pain are relieved after surgery. She said she wished she made the decision earlier.
