Description:

The patient is a 29-year-old Hispanic male presenting to the clinic with enlarged breasts. Examination of the patient was notable for unilateral hyperplasia of the right breast. At surgery 53.4 g of tissue were removed from the left breast thru a periareolar incision. After surgery, the breasts are symmetrical and the periareolar scar is inconspicuous.
