The patient was a 42-year-old Asian female presented to the clinic with a request for a 360° liposuction with fat grafting to the buttocks hip dips. At surgery, a total of 1850 ML of fat was liposuctioned from the abdomen and flanks. 1200 ML of fat removed from the back. Fat were collected by Wells Jokhnson system, which is a closed loop system, making it more efficient and safer. 720ml of fat injected on each side of the hip dips giving a round fuller profile. Post photos were taken at her 1 month follow up. The results of surgery were transformative. She is very happy with her result.
