Description:

The patient was a 32 year old Hispanic female originally consulting us for a breast augmentation only. We suggested a masotpexy, but the patient did not want scars on the breasts. Examination of the patient was notable for deflation and ptosis of the breasts and laxity of the abdominal wall. She opted for larger implants rather than a mastopexy. At surgery, the breasts were augmented with 550 cc High Profile implants bilaterally with a “no touch” technique. A lipoabdominoplasty was performed, removing approximately 1.2 liters of fat from abdomen and flanks. 3 finger wide diastasis recti underwent a double layer repair and total of 1.8 lbs of excess skin and subcutanous tiisue of the abdomen was removed. She droped 2 pant sizes. After photos was taken at her 3 months follow up. She was very happy with her result.
