The patient was a52 year old mother of 2 Hispanic female presenting to the clinic with a request for abdominoplasty. A lipoabdominoplasty was performed, removing approximately 1.4 liters of fat from abdomen and flanks. The 2 finger wide diastasis recti underwent a double layer repair and all excess skin of the abdomen was removed. Then a natural looking belly button was created. After photos were taken at her 6 weeks follow up. Her waist line shrinked 2.5 inches. She is very happy with her result.
