The patient was a 45-year-old mother of 2 Hispanic female presenting to the clinic with a request for abdominoplasty as well as a mastopexy. At surgery, Dr. Hankins was able to lift her breast tissue and attached it to her upper chest wall to give more upper pole fullness. For abdominoplasty 1400 ml fat removed from the abdomen and flanks, corrected her 3 finger wide diastases recti with a double layer repair and removed a total of 1.4pounds of excess skin. This shrinked her waist line 3 inches. She dropped 2 pant size after surgery. She was very happy with her results.
