The patient was a 51 year old female complaint of the unevenness of her abdomen resulting from a liposuction she had 7 years ago, also the redundancy of the skin of her stomach. Examination was notable for extensive irregularity of abdomen, mild degree of redundancy of the abdominal skin. The patient underwent liposuction of the abdomen and flanks in which a total of 800 cc of fat was removed. Also break down the scar tissue, then a small aount fat grafted to the deep indentation area to correct the unevenness. 2 finger wide diastasis recti underwent a double layer repair and total of 1.1 lbs of excess skin and subcutanous tissue of the abdomen was removed and a natural looking belly button was created. This shrinked her waistline 2 inches. The patient was extremely happy with the results.
