Patient was a lovely 44-year-old mother of 2. She started her weight loss journey about 2 years ago. After lost 143 lbs she achieved her ideal weight. She came to the clinic with a request for abdominoplasty as well as a liposuction on lower back. On examination she also had an umbilical hernia. At surgery 2100 ml fat removed from the abdomen and flanks, 700 ml fat removed from her lower back. 3 finger wide diastases recti was repaired with a double layer repair and removed a total of 1.9 pounds of excess skin. After the umbilical hernia repair was performed by an general surgeon a natural looking belly button was created. After surgery her waist line shrined 3 inches. She dropped 3 pant size. She was very happy with her results.
